We are looking for an experienced individual that is local to the area and ready to take over the general manager postion of an already thriving location.
The General Manager is responsible for driving the business of the restaurant and managing a team of managers.
They are responsible for driving company objectives, training and motivating employees, and managing the financial performance of the business.
They are responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets critical cutomer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
The General Manager works with his or her leader to set the restaurant's goals and create a plan to achieve the goals.
Essential Job Duties Lead by example.
Drive high levels of accountability, motivation, and performance.
Responsible for team members' performance and training.
Ensure team members are trained and prepared to provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including:
cash handling, inventory, scheduling, labor management, food preparation and presentation.
Ensure compliance with all health department requirements and safety standards.
Develop and maintain an effective systems to track inventory and food product consumption.
Responsible for:
cash handling, food preparation, sanitation, inventory control, food preparation serving staff, customer service training.
Ensure compliance with all health department requirements and standards.
Ensure that quality standards are maintained in all areas of the restaurant.
