Job Description:
o Responsible for direct patient care including but not limited to injections, lab draws, patient vitals and other nursing services delegated to and deemed within their scope of practice by the Nurse Practitioner and Physician.
o Responsible for keeping a stocked, clean, orderly and safe work area including the lab and exam rooms
o Responsible for documentation using electronic medical record system, returning phone calls, and refilling prescriptions.
o Responsible for complying with HIPPA, OSHA, local & federal safety guidelines.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
